WHAT IS TOTAL BODY BURN?
Total Body Burn includes intense exercise sets that alternate with breaks. (high-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Only 15 minutes of training is enough to build the body and improve endurance. (The Class is 1 hour, with warm up and cool down)
This type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) improves overall strength and fitness and burns more calories in less time.
WHY DO IT?
Total Body Burn is particularly effective in burning calories and fat.
By altering the rate of aerobic activity, you use a lot of energy and burn a great amount of calories while losing weight rather than muscle mass.
