LEAN & STRONG
It is a comprehensive workout based on the Giant-set, Super-set, Tri-set & Drop-set training programme. It is aimed at all ages over 18 with or without prior knowledge in the field of sports (under 18 years of age with advice).
Even though it is a group workout, the team operates individually. The individual trainee determines the dynamics, intensity, resistance and the degree of difficulty. The sets are interval training, which aims to increase cardio-respiratory resistance.
Using various types of exercises with different dynamics and focuses, Lean & Strong aims at working out different muscular groups and improving the position of the body, while working muscles that are usually neglected.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We begin with an aerobic warm up, combined with dynamic exercises, with either body weight or free bar.
The intensity and speed of the session is determined by the people present in the group.
Follows the program of resistance with plemeometric, isometric and isometric exercises for maximum muscle training effect.
We continue with cardio & body-weight exercises to increase strength and burn fat.
We complete the program with recovery and stretching to restore and lower the heart rate.
